This is a new identity we created for O’Rourke & Co Chartered Accountants in Killarney.  They wanted to change the way they were being perceived and didn’t feel that their current image portrayed the fact that they were a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. Being a Chartered accountants firm gives extra credibility and they wanted to show that.  They also wanted to show that they were a modern company with many young professionals in their team, sot they didn’t want to look too traditional or old fashioned.

The logo represents the growth of their clients, and how the firm helps their client by being involved at every stage of development. Their tagline is ‘We focus on you and your business … not just your tax return’.  They were looking for a stylish modern identity, that also wasn’t too out there and gave the impression of a very professional and reputable company which they take very seriously.  As part of all our identity packages, we give clients a Brand Toolkit CD with all the artwork they will need to ensure consistent brand communications from now on. It contains all versions they may need. Here is the stationery set we designed for them too.

We were asked to help this firm of solicitors to show their customers that they are a modern and up-to-date team of legal professionals.  The firm has been in existence since 1932 and have always been progressive and well respected.  Recently they restructured the team of partners and solicitors, as well as expanded the customer base with a second office.  This was the perfect time to refresh their identity and project themselves as a slick firm to attract more young professional services clients.  The typeface here is simple and classic which works well with the slanted inverse of a 3D ‘B’.  We think the overall look is sharp and dynamic.   We also produced a series of printed material to help the company promote their business which are consistent and will provide a brand template for the foreseeable future.
